Rifle Mount Gen 2 - Upper Section
The FMS Accessories rifle mount has now been split into three main component parts — the Upper Section, the Lower Support, and the Mounting Bracket.
⚠ The Lower Support and Mounting Bracket must be ordered separately based on your rifle type/style and motorcycle model/year.
Upper Section
- Newest GEN 2 version, further modified for the new R 1300 RT-P
- Retroactively compatible with all earlier RT-P models back to 2006
- Adjustable barrel support (order separately) accommodates:
- Up to 14" with standard mounts
- Up to 18" with the RH Long mounting bracket
- Barrel lengths include overall length with suppressor fitted
Included in the Box
- Santa Cruz Gunlocks shielded SC-1 lock with CA round key
- New anti-magnetic lock shield built into the rifle mount
- Wire chamber with quick-connect SCGL
- Black wiring harness terminated for the BMW gun lock release plug connector
- Mounting hardware and instructions
Important Notes
- R 1300 RT-P with long rifle brackets: Modification is required when mounting earlier model upper mounts — specifically, relocating the pin for the rubber strap, or it could damage the tail light.

- Relocated rubber strap pin location to work with R 1300 RT-P model
- Wire chamber with improved cable routing and quick disconnect plug for gun lock
- Optimized fit around forward assist; revised contours between forearm/receiver; notch for case ejection door hinge
- Charging handle guard simplified to enable use of side-folding stocks
- Pre-drilled holes for helmet lock added on both sides

Compatibility & Mounting
- Mounts directly without mounting brackets on 2006–2014 BMW RT-P models
- Due to mounting location, rifle stock/mount may be visible in rear view mirror
- The addition of this or other accessories does not change the overall load limits of your motorcycle — always adhere to the manufacturer's recommendations for loading
⚠ Caution: Grip Angle Requirement
Rifle must have a standard A-2 pistol grip with an angle of approximately 60 degrees to nest in the mount correctly. This is the standard grip angle of the AR-15.
Some custom rifles have a less-angled grip (e.g. Springfield Saint = 75 degrees) which will not fit the mount properly, as they don't allow the receiver to settle into the mount.
Rifles with grips other than a 60-degree angle will not fit the FMS Accessories rifle mount properly and will negate the safety/security features of the rifle mount.

FMS Solutions, LLC (FMS) weapon mounts and Santa Cruz Gunlocks, LLC (SCG) are intended for temporary, secure storage of firearms only. They are not substitutes for a permanent storage enclosure and only act as limited theft deterrents. They will not prevent accidental discharge/firing of a chambered round.
- Your weapon mount must be fitted/adjusted to match the weapon being mounted. Some weapons may not fit correctly based on variable components/accessories fitted to the weapon
