This exchange is provided at no material cost. A one-cent ($0.01) charge is required at checkout due to a technical limitation on $0.00 orders, this is not a real fee, just a workaround so checkout can process your reservation. Ordering through this page reserves your place in the queue for the quantity you need, it does not initiate return shipment.
Limit: 10 mounts per order. If your agency needs to exchange more than 10, please place a separate order for the additional quantity.
How the exchange works
- Confirm with your dealership/agency who is placing this order to avoid duplicate submissions.
- Order your quantity here (max 10 per order), and enter coupon code "ExchangeProgram" at checkout. This reserves your exchange and secures your spot in line. Your total will be $0.01.
- Do not send your mounts yet. Wait for our email confirmation before shipping anything back, this keeps turnaround as efficient as possible for everyone.
- Remove the Lidar / radar holster from the mount prior to sending the mount(s) for exchange.
- Keep all mounting hardware, as the same hardware will be used when you receive the new mounting bracket.
- Once you receive our confirmation, return the mounts you wish to exchange to: FMS Solutions LLC, 566 Falcon Fork Way, Saint Johns, Florida 32259
- Include a printed copy of your order confirmation email or invoice in the box with your returned mounts, this is required so we can match your return to the correct order.
- All new mounts will be sent via ground shipping to the address on your order, so ensure that address is deliverable. No P.O. Box addresses.
