FMS Solutions Shipping, Shortages and Returns
FMS Solutions provides free non-priority shipping on all orders for delivery within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping charges apply to international shipments or high-priority shipments within the United States.
Please verify the product count against the packing slip / invoice at the time of receipt! FMS is not responsible for missing parts at the end of the build process. Any shortage issues must be raised when the product is initially received.
To request return authorization for an FMS accessory item, begin by contacting us by phone (201-264-8365) or by email at info@fmsaccessories.com for assistance in resolving your concerns. Often issues can be resolved with a minimum of effort / disruption.
If an FMS accessory must be returned, a return authorization is required. A return charge of 15% will be subtracted from the return credit to compensate for initial 3% CC / PayPal fee, 3% CC / PayPal refund fee and for original free freight cost, unless the error was made by FMS Solutions. Additional charges may be assessed for an item that was either special ordered (non-stock item) or an item that is not in original packaging / shows marks from mounting / hardware not complete, lock keys missing, etc.
Returned items should be carefully packaged and addressed to FMS Solutions, LLC, 566 Falcon Fork Way, Saint Johns, FL 32259 with a copy of the FMS approved RA inside.
